As an alternative to the superior performing DiaPhase Thermal Series, EcoPhase utilizes the same high performance phase-change thermal compound, however, on a more cost effective thermally conductive quality polyimide substrate.  EcoPhase 60 is readily available in both the amber or black series of thermally conductive polyimide films.


The polyimide substrate acts as a thermally conductive carrier and dielectric layer in order to deliver you a uniform thickness coating of EcoPhase 60 phase-change compound on both sides.  Through the development of this unique formulation, EcoPhase 60 offers quality thermal transfer by phase-changing during normal device operating temperatures while maintaining a uniform bond line thus driving out the air and adjusting for any surface imperfections or flatness conditions that may exist across the interface.
