UltraPhase 60 Phase-Change Dielectric Thermal Interface Material

Kapton MT+(plus) phase change coated thermal interface material

UltraPhase 60 is the latest generation of dielectric thermally conductive phase change pad technology offering a significant increase in overall thermal transfer performance while still maintaining the same reliable dielectric strength as offered in our DiaPhase 60 material.


UltraPhase 60 is built upon the backbone of Kapton MT+ (Plus) polyimide film offering twice the thermal conductivity of the standard Kapton MT series of thermally conductive polyimide films.  

UtraPhase 60 takes full advantage of combining the superior benefits of phase change technology with this boosted performance in polyimide film thermal technology.

UtraPhase 60 is available standard in a 2 mil (0.051mm) or 3 mil (0.076mm) dry-to-the-touch thermal interface material pad.
